We all occasionally end up in tricky situations where something special is needed to get out of trouble.  This is our page of unusual lies that presented a bit of a challenge and if you have any photos of your own “specials” send them in and we will add them to our page – tell us a bit about how it happened and whether you got away with it or not as well.

Stuck in a gorse bush at Thorpeness

Thorpeness in Suffolk is famous for its dense gorse bushes and ferns and we love this photo of a friend who hit a shot so far in that there was no possible relief to be had apart from going back so decided to climb in and play it.  Despite the jeers from the opposition he did get it out cleanly!
